Subscription doesn’t work.
Hi I’ve tried to contact your guys a lot and I haven’t heard back from any of you. I bought the subscription but the app keeps on working like I didn’t buy it and when I try to subscribe it says I already have a subscription. I’ve tried to cancel and resubmitted the subscription a few times and nothing has changed. I’ve even tried logging in and out again. Along with subscription not working, it keeps on erasing my free mean and workout planes so I can’t see my progress and I keep on having to eat the same food that it tells me to. I’ve now messaged you guys through Facebook and received an answer but they can’t really help me because my reviews aren’t going up. - Rosie Chernus
Does not work
I was actually excited to use this app but after I paid for my subscription it would not let me use the features I paid for. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling. I tried unsubscribing and then resubscribing, still I could not use the features I paid for. I couldn’t find a way to contact Fit Nation so I called apple and all they could do (since it’s not an app they developed) was refund me the money. I’m not upset about the money, I’m just disappointed because it looked like an app I would be using all the time.
^^This was my issue when I downloaded the app. However, since I’ve gotten in contact with fitnation they have been so much help and they resolved my issue. Very happy with their service.

I love this app! I love how you can still get a lot out of it without having to pay for the premium. It makes me feel comfortable trying it out, and I will probably try the full membership since I enjoy it so much! The only feature I wish it had, is the ability to add things that you eat even if they aren’t on the pre-planned food plan you select. That way the app can track those calories too, and be more accurate. Other than that, I love it!
