These people are lying to members about their ability to cancel
I’ve been told and have overheard multiple conversations between staff and members that they need to come in to cancel. This is not true as the contract only requires 30 Day Notice of Cancellation: “I understand I am liable to the terms of the this agreement and that I may cancel any time with a 30 Day Notice of Cancelation”. These people are dishonest and should be held accountable.
