Buena aplicación, pero la he tenido que borrar y descargar 4 veces porque se traba.
Be careful with their tier system
I purchased their membership via my mobile device. At no point they mentioned they had different tiers and that the package I got had a lot of restrictions. Once I purchase it, I downloaded the app. Upon finding the class I wanted to go, it showed an error message that I couldn’t book it because of the type of membership I had. I contacted them to ask them for a refund and they sarcastically got back to me saying they won’t. I understand a SaaS that has a tier system, however, they should clearly show it in their mobile site!
Unfair charge
I bought a membership in February and had to freeze the membership due to the covid pandemic. Fitpass charged me end of April without advising me for an online service I never originally paid for, at the same fair, 970 pesos. Feeling like I got tricked.
