Ochsner Fitness Center uses the Health app that is pre-installed on your iPhone to sync nutrients and workouts data. Because of this, the app will ask you to grant read and write access to your nutrients and workouts data.
Your Health sync data is only visible to you and is not sent to anyone but yourself.

1. Members can now set up, book, and pay for Family Members on the Mobile App.
2. The Exercise Logs and Workouts have been tweaked with new timers for each exercise and rest times between exercises.
3. If enabled, members can now view other members who are booked into the same Class/Event.
4. The Login page has been revamped with a new UI.
5. Bug fixes have been made to the Barcode page for users who were having trouble viewing their barcode on the app.

Easy to use. One improvement needed.

Easy and simple to use. After the pandemic, I’ve only needed this app for scanning my barcode to verify my membership at the gym.

There is a needed feature when using the barcode. When displaying the barcode, the app needs to temporarily (and automatically) increase its brightness to allow for the barcode to be read. I shouldn’t have to do this by pulling down and menu and manually increasing it temporarily. All of the airlines do this when using mobile passes.

A bit confused

Are the classes that I book for free? I can’t tell ..? Although I didn’t have to put a credit card in but I don’t know if I have to pay when I show up?

Also there are ZERO events on the calendar for seniors and that was a bit sad and disappointing to me. There are 131 group exercises but none in senior category. I would like to go to a stretching class with my senior mom to help her get a straighter back regularly. But no options open to me :( I am looking in the group exercises but so far see none specifically targeted for senior level.

Other than that, this app looks pretty cool and helpful and I will navigate more.
