Description
Understand your DXA body composition measurements. FitTrace Sync tracks and analyzes your DXA measurements and reports on your fitness, health, and athleticsm.
Observe how nutrition and fitness affect your body. Transfer key nutrition and fitness data from Apple Health to FitTrace where it can be analyzed alongside your DXA scans. Works with devices, such as watches, and apps that integrate with Apple Health.
Upload your DXA data to Apple Health. The following DXA variables are available: weight, body fat percent, lean mass, and BMI. Note that FitTrace Sync uses your DXA total mass for weight and to calculate BMI. Also, Apple Health's definition of lean body mass is fat free mass to FitTrace.
Note that FitTrace DXA partners (see https://www.fittrace.com/partners/) electronically transfer your scans to you. If you are scanned at other facilities, you may manually enter your DXA data, as an in-app purchase.

Hidden fee

The fee to manually enter a scan is not "hidden". It is cleary visible on the App Store under "information" along with the price.
At the start of the process to manually enter a scan, the fee is mentioned. A link to DXA facilities that partner with us is also provided with the explanation that those facilities electronically transfer scans to you at no cost.
