- create and schedule training programs;
- record and perform your workout;*
- stay precise with built-in countdown timers during your training;
- save your training program to *.PDF and send by email;*
- look over your training period assessing your achievements in the statistics tab.
- adjust filters to see your progress in the particular exercise or a muscle group.
Adding photos to the exercises allows you to see the slideshow during the workout. Other time related parameters such as rest time, rep time, tempo is easy to adjust.
