I am truly enjoying the app and it’s functionality with the notebooks. My daughter needs to review tons of notes and material for midterms and finals and having an extra copy on hand make me feel more at ease. The only drawback I have is that I went ahead and bought filler paper with the same format as the notebooks for her binders but when I try to scan the notes it is not reading the size of the filler paper. It’s a letdown being each pack is about $5 just for loose leaf paper. She writes the most notes for Science and now I won’t be able to use this paper. I can take a picture instead but I purchase purposely to make flash cards at study guides and just can’t get it to work for the loose leaf paper 😔

I am very sorry to hear the filler paper isn't working. Do you see the QR markers in the corners of the pages? If you could provide more information, we could better help with this issue. hello have been using your app for one hour and I have already experienced bugs you need to update this right now because it’s unacceptable that I didn’t even install it like two hours ago and you’re already failing me. whenever I would scan something it would go and it would like bring the demon inside my phone and I don’t need that I don’t need this bus driver energy right here so please install please update this and thank you very much because I really need this and I’m not looking forward to CY for no reason that you could not be updating this unacceptable with capital letter Siri, i use the iphone 11 and whenever i used to try to scan the page, it would shutter randomly black and white on and off and it would freeze and crash. but it seems like this bug is fixed. if not, please check.

I'm sorry you are having trouble with the Five Star Study app! In order for us to identify the issue, we will need to know what type of phone you have and possibly more details of what you are experiencing. We appreciate your help in fixing this bug you are describing. Thanks.

I love this app! It’s so convenient and the flash cards are so helpful! I also love the feature where you can scan your notes and make them into flash cards. However, I came across one issue/ one thing you could add. I thought this app had an area where you can just scan your notes and keep them. Also, whenever I tried to scan my notes and make them regular notes, they always turn to flash cards. Other then that, this app is great!!! I definitely recommend this! :)

Thank you so much for your feedback. There is an area where your notes are saved. On the top of the screen next to flashcards is another option for notes. You will see all your notes in there. We are working on including folders in the notes section as well. This should be included in the next build so check back soon!
