Slow, strange

Why wait for Face ID until 5 seconds after approving a login notification. This should be done before the app opens like every other app.

Worst App I’ve ever Had

Facial identification after login? Wait ten seconds for it to try and load then crash? Speed is not necessary when you have unlimited time in your day. An app that gets the job done by keeping you from being able to do any other job. Reopen and close the program multiple times to train finger dexterity. Star directly into the camera… wait for it… oh wait your token has expired…. try again…

Disgruntled

This application is simply horrible. It has the absolute most simple task that it FAILS to complete 9/10 times. It freezes, it crashes, it faceIDs you 20 times. Its truly pathetic that a company of this size with as many resources as it has, can’t design an app that has higher than a 10% success rate. This has been constant over months and months of log in attempts. scrap this whole thing and partner with an existing 2FA client
