Mobile Banking is a great tool for when you're on-the-go, Sensitive user information is transmitted via end-to-end Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Sessions are encrypted and devices are authenticated in real time against a proprietary device signature. No data is stored and users will be automatically logged off after 5 minutes of inactivity.

Worst mobile banking app ever
Forced to make the transfer from Wells Fargo to Flagstar. Then once I navigated the continuous circle of setting up my online account. Downloading the app it and signing in it would have me continually logging in then send me to the App Store to download the app... just to log in again. I was trying to log into my account to check my balance. Once I finally logged in. I discovered numerous charges hadn’t shown up in my summary indicating a much higher available balance than I knew I had. I got gas and used my card. It showed up as a $1 transaction and then 2 hours later it was gone and the $1 back in my account. Except I purchased $20 in gas.
Ordered a pizza that still hasn’t hit my account going on 6 days later now. The app has limited functions and is inaccurate. Never had these issues with any other bank or mobile app.
App does not work
Tried to log into the app to pay my mortgage and it said it doesn’t recognize me, please try again or call technical support. I tried again, then called to ensure my information was correct. Was able to long into the website and thought the issue was addressed. Tried the mobile app again and the same issue yet again. Called support number listed in the app and they told me to use the website because the mobile app doesn’t work for everyone. I have an iPhone X with current updates, so I find it unlikely the phone is the issue. Don’t attempt to use this app it will just frustrate you! Get a new bank of you can!
Not just the all but the bank itself
We were struggling to pay mortgage, and after we jumped through all their hoops to get help the said we were all caught up and wouldn’t have to pay until “next month”. Lo and behold, 30 some odd days later we were told we were more than 30 days delinquent and they had to report is to credit agencies. We didn’t hear from them about being late prior to that, and any time we called and spoke to them specifically to make sure we were caught up the representative said yes we were.
Shocker that these calls weren’t recorded.
Find another bank, not that any bank is actually “good”. The app is kind of crap too.
