We investigated numerous apps for tracking travel and residency, and one app clearly stood out. We have a complex situation involving time spent in numerous countries and several US states. This app's intuitive design simplifies what could be a complex and distracting tracking process—it has been a big stress reducer, to say the least. But what truly impressed us was the level of customer support. I had a few unique scenarios I wanted to clarify, and after reaching out, I received prompt, detailed, and supportive responses. It is unusual to find a blend of well-designed software and exceptional support. I confidently recommend this app to anyone in need of managing their travel and residency details. It's an excellent tool, supported by a dedicated, thoughtful, and caring team.

I’m starting to travel as a nomad and tried a few tracker apps. I found some a bit invasive privacy-wise. Others checked your photos gps… what if I don’t take photos often? Flamingo was the most promising but I had a few questions regarding my situation and needs. Flamingo’s customer service was fantastic: professional, friendly and super quick. The app is all set now and I’m ready to embark on my travels with peace of mind. Totally worth it.

Paid $30 and Cannot Use the App

I’m really disappointed with this app. The features I used during the free trial, especially basic residency and tax day tracking, were not included after I paid for the subscription. Once I upgraded, I discovered I needed to pay for a second tier just to access the same tools the trial let me use for free. The app has three subscription tiers, which feels excessive and confusing, and none of that was made clear during the trial.I paid $30 and cannot even use the core features I expected. The pricing is extremely high for what you actually get, and there is no straightforward way to get a refund. The whole experience feels misleading and not worth the cost at all. I would not recommend this app until they make their pricing and feature tiers clear and actually include basic tax tracking in the base plan.

Finally what I was looking for! Due to my work, I go from state to state throughout the year and come tax season it’s hard for me to figure out in what state I should file my taxes. With this app, the headache is gone as it counts my days automatically. I can also easily put in my previous trips to count the times I traveled before I installed the app. I also like the design and how intuitive it is.
