not worth the money
I was glad to find an app for the Flat Belly Diet, especially one with functionality to build a shopping list. This apps works okay for the Jump Start, even though directions for recipes include instructions like "blah" and "blah."
But anyone who knows this diet knows its value is in the first month of resetting eating habits. Why pay $2 for 4 days of use? Sure, the app allows for menu building beginning with Day 5 but if weren't familiar with this eating method, I'd be clueless about how to build Flat Belly Diet menus.
As it turns out the grocery list integration feature is incomplete, leaving off key ingredients like um... chicken, tilapia, turkey...
If anyone reading this can recommend a better option for Flat Belly Diet, I'd appreciate hearing about it.
