Fleet Complete 4+

I have been trying all day to pull the app up to do a route replay on a couple of our service trucks. Every time I open the app it starts to open and then shuts back down. The other problem we have been having is delayed tracking so we cannot get an accurate update on where our service trucks are.

The tracker is not accurate When you track the location of the vehicle as well as the timer it has some delay on it ,you guys need to fix this asap and after that I would rate 5 stars but right now this app is worthless ,it does not complete its purpose ,this app its suppose to help you track your vehicle and at the moment it’s not doing that, but thanks for trying ,i hope you guys fix this soon .

I purchased two of their tracking systems for my company vans. I was told that I would be able to cancel if I was not happy with the service. Make sure you pay attention to the contract because there is a $250 cancellation fee per unit that has to be paid. I was hit with a $500 early cancelation fee. Att was no help with this matter other than taking my hard earned money for something that doesn't work. Lesson Learned Read Contracts!
