Fleet Complete 4+

I have been trying all day to pull the app up to do a route replay on a couple of our service trucks. Every time I open the app it starts to open and then shuts back down. The other problem we have been having is delayed tracking so we cannot get an accurate update on where our service trucks are.

The tracker is not accurate When you track the location of the vehicle as well as the timer it has some delay on it ,you guys need to fix this asap and after that I would rate 5 stars but right now this app is worthless ,it does not complete its purpose ,this app its suppose to help you track your vehicle and at the moment it’s not doing that, but thanks for trying ,i hope you guys fix this soon .

We are in process of migrating from another tracking service to FleetComplete. The web portal is fine but the iOS app is terrible. It takes forever to load up vehicle locations, sometimes it shows id on vehicles, sometimes it doesn’t. There needs to be more work put into a redeveloping an efficient, user friendly app. It can be done, I’ve seen them.
