Love the app.
As you enhance the app, please include feature to be able to switch to another shell or wex account that uses the fleet smart hub. Or better yet, combine different shell/wex accounts into one log in credential. Keep up!
Can’t login
I’ve had to reset my password to login for months now. The app worked great for awhile but now it is difficult to login, I constantly have to reset my password even when this has happened 10+ times and I’ve wrote it down several to be sure. Also this makes it difficult to pay as I can’t login on the go and has also created issues with that. I honestly just can’t believe how long it’s been with no resolve from a company that does the app for a lot of gas stations. Will be looking for anyone who uses a different app I’m completely fed up with this one.
Works for me
Let’s me pay bills and manage cards from my phone which is helpful when I’m out of office. Interface is easy to use.
