FleetWave Driver - Advanced is a companion app to FleetWave fleet management software, designed for smartphone and tablet use.
Formally FleetWave Forms, the app name has changed to make it easier to understand which edition of FleetWave the app is compatible with.
The app allows data entry directly into your central FleetWave system in real time, from anywhere your staff are working.
The app has been designed with fleet drivers in mind. With simplified FleetWave functionality, your drivers can quickly manage admin tasks including:
- Defect reporting
- Accident reporting
- Fuel receipts
- Daily walkaround checks
- Barcode, photo, and signature capture
FleetWave Driver – Advanced also gives you the ability to build custom forms to suit complex operations.
FleetWave Driver has been designed to speed up and regulate your fleet driver admin processes. The intuitive interface removes the need for time-consuming administration.
This means you get consistent and accurate real-time data straight into your FleetWave system. Faster, more accurate data allows you to:

Horrible
This is what you get when you go with the lowest bidder on a contract. This app will lose current information frequently and when it does, everything is gone (current and sent). There is no rhyme or reason…it just decides, today would be an awesome day to delete everything so it will. Being required to use this company’s product is the ONLY reason to think of downloading. Fight as hard as you can against going to this, it’s horrible!
Absolutely terrible
Who designed this app? Clearly someone who has never used an application or someone who has never driven a vehicle. It’s like the designer was once told a story of what a car does by a toddler, then designed the app based on that story. How drunk do you have to be to believe this app actually works in a seamless and comprehensive form? So there you have it, a drunk was told a story about cars by a toddler and cobbled together this app.
Absolutely useless
This app is less the than useless. It is the opposite of productive. I lose time trying to use this app, deleting it, reinstalling it, then giving up after it still does not work. Then I have to go to the website, and if I’m lucky to have decent internet, I record my miles there. I wasted even more time writing this review.
