Description
Put a moving motion effect on any of your photos so when the photo scrolls you see it flickering. You can then save your photo as a new photo in your photo album so it can be uploaded to any social media sites. The flicker effect varies based on picture size, so several tweaking options are included so you can experiment with the flicker edit however you wish.

Don't waste your money
If your looking for an app to make your photos flicker, this isn't it. Just a waste a of money and defiantly not what your looking for. Doesn't even work, it just covers your picture with a shade of black caused by big lines... not small lines that make your photo flicker.
