There is now a button to switch the rest periods from UTC to local time and vice versa; minor copy and layout changes throughout the app.

Timing
I could only set the times for UTC or local which for us flying international, we need to freely set the times to our destinations not the departing station.

Rest time zones are synced either to utc or the system clock. So if you set your system clock to the destination the local time option will use that timezone. Does this help?
