Tripsheets can be completed and bound to expense reports with receipts captured by your iPhone/iPad camera, all while in the air. This means that when you step off the plane, the paperwork is complete. You retain your tripsheets and expense reports for as long as you need them. They can be directed to interested parties by text or email in both PDF and spreadsheet forms.

Building Tripsheets - The Flightsheet application allows you to store an infinite collection of aircraft, pilot, and passenger data so you can build tripsheets quickly. The application keeps track of ending airframe and engine values so that you have beginning values for the next trip for that aircraft. Capture your squawks and show your completed postflight checks. Capture Trend Monitoring to send to engine manufacturers.

Building Expense Reports - Use a pre-populated menu of expenses and payment types for both aircraft and pilot expenses. Capture receipts using your iPhone/iPad camera and they go into your PDF report connected to your tripsheet. Keep the receipts or throw them away - your choice.

Keeping Your Data - If an aircraft changes owners or management companies, those values stay with you, the pilot, via Flightsheet. You retain your tripsheets and expense reports for as long as you need them.
