AMAZING BUT DON’T ASSUME YOUR INMATE WILL GET RIGHT AWAY
So, this app has been perfect. I want to stress though that it could take a second at first for an inmate to receive a postcard, esp if your inmate is in a rural location and they have never seen anything like this. After getting RTS on not only letters but an another postcard app due to the way the stamp on the postcard was, I had used this knowing it had the prestamped part. That part was critical for the inmate I am sending these to in order to get them. See because they’re allowed to have pictures but normally they are scanned photo copies. It took a couple of weeks for her to get all 50 I sent her (long story short, it was someone I hadn’t seen in a long time and didn’t know she was behind bars). I kept sending them to her knowing that the lack of response was for good reason and not for lack of this apps fault too. Well she called me yesterday and told me the CO found her walking down the hall and came carrying the stack and had been accumulating for a couple of weeks now, they were just waiting on whether or not they had to scan them or could give her the original copy. She said they had never seen anything like it before, but that it made their job much easier and so she got all of them. And she cried, which she never does. But yea, this app is amazing and I 1000% recommend and also, patience. If you haven’t gotten the postcard returned to you, there’s probably something going on with security.
How to contact when an issue....
When a system glitch occurs and it locks your account for no reason, you only have an email to contact them and then the waiting game. Until they answer to reset your account that occurred after you purchased credits, which also gave an error and it purchased 80 instead of 20, you can create but when you hit send you will see that you account is locked. If the customer service was quick this rating would be a 10 if you could rate that high. Still waiting on a response.
Very upset with this company
I have written many different reviews about Flikshop. And who ever is Monitoring these reviews, are doing a very bed job. NONE of my posts have EVER been posted. And I have a new complaint about an old problem that was never taken care of. Those so called FREE credits? Well, I never received a one. And I went on line to get the free credits for FATHERS DAY, wow, never got those either. You keep telling me that I have 2 accounts set up, and that is where they are going. Ok, I told you people a long time ago I don’t use the other account, what ever it is, so why are they still going there, if they are? Is it so they won’t be used and save you money? You people are a total joke. I won’t use your app any more. I will find another one. I might have to pay a little more for my cards, but at least I know it works. (You get what you pay for) proven fact!
