Description
The FloodCitiSense app is part of a citizen observatory and early warning system on pluvial flooding funded by the ERA-NET Cofund Smart Urban Futures (ENSUF) call of the European Union’s JPI Urban Europe initiative.
With the FloodCitiSense app you can:
Make a simple report on rainfall intensity and the type of urban flooding occurring at a given location, supporting the report with photographs (optional).
Add additional to the report such as whether there are signs of obstruction or damage, the flood extent and depth and the type of space flooded.
View and edit the reports before uploading them to the server
View other rainfall and flood reports on a map-based interface
View rainfall sensors on a map-based interface, which are DIY kits that citizens have installed in their backyards.
