At first, I was thrilled to FINALLY have an app for banking. And was immediately disappointed that I couldn’t do Mobile Deposits (like every other banking app out there). Then, hazzah!, years later FLCU FINALLY updates the app to include Mobile Deposit, only the update is impossible to get. The app tells you to go get the update, you click on “go to App Store” and it sends you to iTunes. Then you go to the actual App Store and there’s no update for the app. So you try to wipe the app off your phone and reinstall, but you only get the OLD version. FRUSTRATED. DISAPPOINTED. Ready to leave this bank.
Can’t get it together
I feel like I’ve been with FLCU since the beginning of time. 4 car loans all paid off, savings, checking, credit cards, you name it. I even put up with their old school app that could just handle basic requests. When the update came out I was super excited. I thought finally, my dedication is paying off and they got it together. That’s a hard NO!! 9 out of 10 times I get “connection lost” error when trying to log in. It’s infuriating. I have logged into the mobile site more in the last 6 months than I ever had because the app just doesn’t work. I’ve tried deleting it, re-downloading it, used it on WiFi , on cellular data, tried at low peak times and high peak times. Nothing. What’s ever more frustrating is when you call they say they haven’t heard of the issue but yet everyone seems to have it. I would take the old app back because it actually works but now I’m feeling like I just need to move on from FLCU. It’s 2018 and it’s pretty ridiculous an app is having LOGIN issues that they really don’t care about resolving!!!

Can’t deposit paycheck
I’ve been using this app for several months, and barring the first time, I’ve never had a problem with depositing my paychecks.
I have been trying for over four hours to deposit this weeks.
Every single time the app says that the amount I entered does not match the amount on the check. I am dyslexic, so I had others check to see if I was in the wrong, but I am not. It seems that the camera cannot recognize what the number six is. Frustrating the house.
Legitimately thinking about switching banks because of this bull
