Not professional and unreliable

It is not professional nor acceptable to inform your customer that my order and gift was not delivered after the due date because it was not available, even though my order was placed a week ago. Nevertheless, they did not even proposed an alternative or compensated me for the inconvenience and for putting me in this situation....... totally unacceptable and totally unreliable, don’t use it for your special occasion

Unreliable!!

Non professional customer service and you cannot count on delivering your order correct and on Time or even to be delivered at all..
They ruined all the moments and happy occasion . First of all they did not deliver my order at the chosen time slot and they did not even bother to call until I called my self after delivery time has passed to ask about the order. I was told the type of my order that I had paid for is not available and cannot be delivered. After several calls and long waiting on a phone, they offered me cheaper replacement and not to be delivered at the same time with out compensation for their mistake. I have no choice but either accept cheaper offer or refund, and when I ask for refund I felt this is what they were pushing me for!!!!

amazing service

Floward saved my dads birthday amazing service and it came on time the thing I ordered looked nothing like I ordered but way better it was rlly big when i saw it honestly Floward surprised me this is prob gonna be the only app i’d use for birthdays before i thought abt floward i got smth from a store lets say it was bad floward is amazing it went great with the cake and everything one this app is the best app ever thank you floward
