Doesn’t really work

Shows voicemail but I have yet to get it to play. Locks up.

App waste of time. Rest of system the best!

The guys in tech support have been THE BEST as respect the phone system itself. I am delighted with all if it’s features and the fact that they go out of their way to solve simple and complex issues, to make the customer happy. I see no reason to ever leave them.

However, their iOS app just hangs. I don’t know if it’s just me, my modem, router, Optimum (my isp) or what, but so far, no luck. I have an 8plus, updated, AT&T Service, but connecting over 2.4 or 5.0 connection to my router. It’s not for lack of trying, however. So I give them credit for that, and I have no doubt that they will figure it out soon. But as of right now, I can’t really pick up voice mails from the app. I can however, get vm because I have them emailed to me, and that function works great.

App doesn’t work unless phones unlocked & app is open

The are several features that need to work better or my company & I maybe making a switch to a new service. App doesn’t work unless phones unlocked & app is open on top. It I have anything open on top such as reading or writing an email, or looking at my calendar or any app other than this app, then it will not work if so calls me on the business app #s. Or if you phone is locked the app doesn’t work.... if an incoming call comes in you won’t receive the call, it won’t ring you phone or your phone app at all. The forward call feature (phone business to your cell phone #, will work but then you don’t know if it’s a office line business call or if the caller actually called your cell.

The text message feature has to be constantly refreshed to receive new income messages. If someone text messages, the text screen has to be open & you have to refresh in order to get/receive new incoming messages, including incoming replies.

These are main features/functions that people get the business phone apps on their cell phones, not having these functional is not helpful or useful at all. These features being properly functional are essential to a good business phone app & are available through other business phone app competitors.

We need the app to work if the app is not open & needs to work if the cell phone is locked.
Incoming calls should be identified by the app as an incoming business line call not ignored because the phone is locked or not because app is not actively on top opened.

Also the text and caller ID features should be able to identifying “ Saved Contacts “ so you know whose calling or texting, however it does not show up on app as the saved contact information.
And the app to your web versions do not simultaneously linked data to and from each other. Being that they are the same systems they should sync the communication & commands instantly and they do not.

Also we have tried these functions on several cell phone type and services we could possibly try. (to name few, not all, but a few that we have tried were older and new versions of iPhone, Android, Galaxy, Windows, with services by Verizon, T-Mobile, cricket, AT&T, Sprint, and several others.

If these features do not get upgraded to be working properly soon, we will have no other choice but to move our business phones & services to one of your competitors.
We hope you can update your systems & app to work properly. And in hopes these updates being made I look forward to writing a great review.
As the support & tech customer service is remarkable, we just need the business phone services to be of the same standards.
