This app is frustrating. I’ve been using it for the past few days and have encountered several technical issues. I purchased a 3-month subscription, but I want a refund due to the poor quality—and honestly, I’m not seeing any improvement. Unfortunately, the app does not offer refunds. Don’t be misled by Instagram ads.The major issues are as follows:The app frequently lags. Even during the assessment, I had to start over several times because the AI tutor didn’t respond. I ended up talking to myself for 20 minutes just to move on to the next step—without having a proper conversation.After repeating the assessment and dealing with login issues, I was finally able to begin my study plan (which took three days). However, I was very disappointed with the AI tutor. It often failed to respond, and the voice recognition would pause unexpectedly. The AI tutor also spoke more than I did and didn’t effectively respond to my requests.When I purchased the plan, it asked if I preferred immediate correction or correction after the conversation. I chose immediate correction, but it never happened. I even asked the AI tutor directly to correct my mistakes as they occurred. It said “OK,” but would forget the request after just one round of conversation, which was incredibly frustrating.During the conversation, you have no idea if you’re speaking correctly. You have to wait until the end and then read a 20–30 minute transcript generated by the AI. This makes the experience feel unresponsive and not very interactive.To be honest, I feel like I’d be better off just talking to ChatGPT.
