Description

Each of the participating airports in Arizona will have QR code signs prominently displayed for pilots utilizing this app. The pilots will be eligible for prizes based on their level within the app.

The FlyAZ app is designed to be an interactive experience for pilots. Within the application pilots can create accounts that will keep track of visited airports, museums, and restaurants they have visited.
The goal of the app/program is to increase tourism and encourage visits to small airports in the state of Arizona while encouraging pilots to hone their flight planning and flying skills in different environments. Pilots will be rewarded for participation at milestones associated with visiting airports, museums, and restaurants throughout the state.

This app was developed by a team of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Undergraduate students,
