Description
Fly-by-Wire allows your phone to function as a yoke or joystick, along with a full set of flight controls, for the popular mobile flight simulator Infinite Flight.
The Yoke setting features all the commands you could need to safely fly your plane from a separate device. These include:
- Accelerometer-based pitch and roll
- Throttle control (with reverse thrust)
- Flaps
- Spoilers
- Trim
- Autopilot Panel
- ATC Panel
- Engine Start/Stop
- Lights
- Short-press to cycle camera and long-press to cycle the HUD
- Camera movement
- On-screen rudder
- Gear
- Brakes
- Automatic autopilot activation in case of a disconnect
- Haptic feedback (for pressing buttons and hard landings)
The Joystick setting is more simplistic, but it allows for an unprecedented variety of flight; devoting one hand to the flight controls and leaving the other free to tend to on-screen actions.

Fly-by-Wire utilizes Infinite Flight's Connect API to connect via a local WiFi network. Turn both devices on and connect them to the same network. Start your apps and wait for a connection to be established. Take off and have fun!

I purchased this app for infinite flight and saved myself tons of money instead of buying a joystick. The app works as stated flawlessly, is very convenient for tablet users who may want to take a break from the heavy iPad pros. It has a very easy interface user friendly. I strongly recommend this app for infinite flight users . From a satisfied veteran player of Infinite, take my word on this one !
Great Alternative To Save Money
I must say this is a fantastic alternative to the hundreds of dollars you’d spend on a yoke and throttle system.
Made infinite flight way more interesting. Now THEY just need to speed up development of the new 3D airports and updated aircraft selection!
Very Useful
Got the honor to start really using it recently and makes it a lot easier to land compared to the big,bulky IPad...recommend buy from me for whoever doesn’t like to hold a big IPad for that long descent
