Almost zero instructions
I placed an order with Lowe’s Foods. When the confirmation email arrived there was a section that recommended downloading this app, so I did. I tried to input my Lowe’s order number but it tells me that’s an invalid number so I’m GUESSING Lowe’s will email me some other order number to put in the order # field. It’s not clear how to use this app at all. I hope it will become more clear when my order-ready email arrives. I’m sure it’s crystal clear to the developer how to use it but for someone using it for the first time it’s a mystery. How about a little more detail in the documentation?
No password reset?
I’ve created an account but am unable to log in as its says “Incorrect password”. Normally this would t be a problem as I’d just use a password reset function. No such thing in the app. Completely useless and support site is for merchants, not end users.
