The FlyHomes real estate AI app and will change the home buying experience forever. It’s like having a conversation with an agent only you’re not committing yourself to paying a commission. With some thousand data points the buyer has immediate access to every bit of information a needed…schools, crime, political leanings, etc. Or a question can be as straightforward as, “Is this a good deal in this market.” Developed with funding from Sam Altman, the father of AI and ChatGTB, the FlyHomes AI app is far superior to anything out there. Zillow has been left on the dust.
Useful and very visual way of finding houses!
I like how this app has a video tour for houses and makes it really easy to see what it would really feel like in person. You also get a ton of information including schools, transit, amenities nearby etc. Also includes a lot of info on financing as well. You have several ways to search for your house including a video feed, map, and list page.
App does not work properly
If you make a custom boundary it will only show you a maximum of like 10 houses in the list you have to individually zoom and click on the map to see each house, you can’t just scroll through the list of images and see what may be interesting. Makes it very hard to use this app. Something that can be easily fixed if they actually tested their app before uploading it. I never understand how such crappy interface ends up being used nowadays with the technology we have. Seems like no one tests stuff before they put it out to the public. It’s basic UI guys come on now
