Service standard
Extremely disappointed with the quality of customer service, currently.
For few years, I have chose Flynas as my chosen carrier for internal travel. However, (although it is understandable with the COVId19) recently it has become frustrating not to be able to reach (phone nor location) anyone at flynas to solve any glitch!!
Improving but still lacking.
The app made some improvements but it still has a few issues:
1. The boarding pass works for me now but I can’t save it to my iPhone wallet. So, I still have to take a snapshot of the screen to use at the airport.
2. Both the site and the app have an issue with a perfectly functional Credit Card. I had to use an overseas credit card to finish my purchase which resulted in 10% sir-charge fees. The local credit card has no issues and I have been using it perfectly anywhere outside of FlyNas app and website.
3. Possible data integration issue here on backend of the website. If you use the website to obtain your boarding pass for one leg of your trip, you can’t use the app for checking on the app.
You can do better
I really don’t understand why a successful airline like flynas doesn’t pay attention and fix their app. The app is not user friendly. Hangs out frequently. With all respect if your app is as bad as this then I wonder if your test of service will be any better.
