Buggy and confusing

I’m unable to add my Panorama Club card or edit personal details through app or website. Every time I click “Save” it shows an error of missing “Country” which is not even on the screen. Looking at other reviews it looks like this error is not unique and being happening for a while (over 6 months) and no one is doing anything.
The app itself is very confusing, how do I check my flight status? There is no such option. Do I use check in? But I already checked in...how do I know what gate I should go to and what if it changes? Etc... why do I have two separate logins for Panorama Club and booking?
All other airlines figured out how to build their app and what’s important. This app is useless.
Edit: on top of all that their electronic boarding pass doesn’t work at airport ( printed or on the phone) so you have stand in the long line even if you don’t have any checked luggage.

Need some improvements

Quick check in, cannot save personal data, each time need to fill again. Search of countries in drop list is annoying why not to type first letters?
Boarding pass saved to wallet not always appears on lock screen: sometimes yes, sometimes not - check the definitions of reminder. In some cases was thrown out by up, had to start from beginning.
I would to see some auto check in preferences: e.g. Aisle or Window, front or back of the plane etc.
Maybe options to purchase food and upgrade seating.

1). Keeps on sending a message that there is no connection to the internet.
2) would not allow me to store my Panorama card number
3) from time to time would nit save e-boarding pass in the wallet
