The only issue I have is I’m a simple person and I prefer a simple password but it won’t let me put a simple password and so I had to put a super complicated one in and now I can’t change it at all so I’m stuck with a super complicated password and I had to constantly type that in before I can get into the app if there was anyway for me to be able to change the password to some I will give you a five star rating in a heartbeat

Makes you keep changing your password. Over and over.... And you cant use The same passwords ever. AM I 2yrs old, that you feel like im not responsible enough to pick a good password to suit YOU? Makes me sick!! Some 8yr old, in china is probably hacking your system right now, but you want to protect my account from ME. How about you change your password!!! WHEN IS THE LAST TIME YOU HAVE HEARD OF AN IPHONE GETTING A VIRUS??? OR SPYWEAR??? Cant happen. They are smarter than you. I'd Rather close my account, than call again, and give your teller all the info she needs to watch my account everyday from her iphone. But only for a month then she'll have to pick a new password!

I have recently moved to the area. I reviewed the banks in the area. I decided on FNB. That was a good decision on my part. The type of accounts offered fit my life style. But to me was the employees at the Branch Lisa, Dana and the other have been so good at customer service and taking care of my banking needs has surpassed my expectations. Thank you Very Happy customer.

I use FNB's mobile app almost every day. It has all the features any 'big bank' has and all the local support of a community bank that actually cares. Also: this is the app for FNB in Kentucky. All the dummies complaining this app doesn't work or is fake are downloading the wrong bank's app.

I use this app every day - either checking balances or transferring money to other accounts. Simple to use and FAST! Great for those times you can't make it to the bank, kid's needing money or weekend shopping trips! Thanks FNB!

This app needs to be fixed. My account keeps saying that I have no current cards active even tho I have one active. So if I end up losing my card, I won’t be able to turn it off. Please update and fix this app
