So many issues!

I have NEVER had a app with so many problems. As soon as you open the app it just sits there and loads for over half an hour. I’ve tried updating, I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I’ve done a software update on my phone, nothing makes this app work! Plus there is not easy way to contact anyone about the issues or any answers on the website concerning them. I would love to use this app but I’ve been trying to use it for 6 months and I have no had any success.

Bill Pay activity feature quit working

The Bill Pay activity feature quit working for me. I get a “something went wrong” error. I’ve contacted the bank directly several times and they ‘claim’ that it will be fixed. Over six months later and it still isn’t working. Major flaw in the app when I can’t view what I’ve scheduled for payments. After the huge push to use the app, you would thing they would care more about the product.

Not ready for prime time

Unfortunately, all I’ve had is problems. The Touch ID is a real problem to the app. It will lock you out and you have to be a trapeze artist to get back in. But today it bit the dust on my phone and will not connected to the server. Very frustrating!
