App and bank not worth using
Most times you can’t use your touchid to log in. App always acting up. Making me sign in or saying it will send me a text for a temporary password for extra security. Also I got a nsf not long ago and it wasn’t my fault. I called to tell them saying I have screenshots showing that the place took payment twice and that that they were going to refund. I told the representative this and also told him I had the screenshots to provide proof he told me I would have to get a statement from them showing it was their fault. I asked even though I have proof of an ongoing conversation between customer service of the place that charged me twice and myself you’re telling me that isn’t sufficient enough? He said no but ended up reversing it and that’s not the first time this has happened. Banking with them makes me want to change banks so bad
I called the customer service line at 6:30pm and I’m guessing their offices close at 7:00pm now, however that gives them 30 minutes to answer my call and figure out the issue. I waited on the line for over 20 minutes, and at 6:59pm someone answered saying “Hello my name is David how can I-“ and hung up. When I called back the offices were closed. After having waited 20 minutes their offices were now closed. Really? I waited until today to call back and I told the man Mike, what had happened and all he said was “yeah that seems frustrating” of course it’s frustrating! Have a little more empathy. He helped with my issue, however now I can’t log in to my app and it’s saying my password is wrong which is not true because I have the same password for everything. And it’s telling me I’ve exceeded the number of try’s, after just 1 try. Again I called back it’s 6:20pm and I’m on hold. My wait is expected to me greater than ten minutes. Fix this issue for future customers. Finding a new bank.
I must say this app is very horrible! I try logging in using my four digit pin and I receive a pop up message for the 3rd time telling me to call my bank to change my password when I know my darn password. When I call the customer service Dept I’m constantly waiting on hold for 30 minutes just for them to keep changing my password. Keep in mind now I’ve contacting them three days in a row and waited on hold for 30 minutes straight. Ugh! I hate it! I’ve been banking with these people for 8 years and now I’m thinking about switching banks due to this it’s crazy.
