If you don’t use this for your service advisors and technicians, your losing out on more then you think. Efficiency is gained. It cleans up clutter. Documentation for photos, communication, and proof of contact is all in one place. Seconds add up to minutes, minutes add up to hours, and without this tool, they are lost forever.
The ability to dispatch work, and not lose track of who and where the RO is assigned is fool proofed with this utility. Myself as a tech, and service advisor, having the ability to have the parts department be able to add parts, without messy hand writing to create comprehensive estimates and a clear total amount presented to a customer on the fly, and to be able to flip to a pull down window and show a customer descriptions of what a tech is advising for repairs is without a doubt an innovation that has not been realized until this Utility.
Well worth the price of admission. Every service department should at least try this for 3 months and you’ll see what your gaining in shop efficiency and real world gross profits gained by using it.
