NOW Ready for Prime Time....

After the past few years of trying out this app off and on, the makers of this app finally got the timing right across all platforms: Mac, iPhone, iPad and Watch. In fact, the biggest factor in any time-tracking or pomodoro-style app like this, from a usability standpoint, is its ability to sync with all the other platforms it is on with no issues. As a thought: It's best to use the Watch app with the app open while the timer is operating for now in order to keep it synced with the iPhone....

Thus far, after the latest update, the timing issues have been resolved in each of the aforementioned platforms, and it also works very, very well when used hand-in-hand, in a split-screen dynamic, with OmniFocus for Mac. The ability to simply drag and drop tasks into the Focus for Mac app, with the seamless syncing of the Titles, Notes, and Estimated Duration in this app has allowed it to become a literal game-changer when it comes to productivity, as your tasks "come to life" via the simple act of assigning actual time towards a task....

Also, the ability to change the amount of time of the Focus Session or the Breaks before these begin, or even during the Sessions/Breaks, and to see them sync seamlessly across all platforms is yet another great feature of this app. I can now say with confidence that because these issues have been fixed, the subscription for this app is now well worth it!!

Better alternative to Be Focused Pro

I used to use Be Focused Pro, but got frustrated that I kept losing my data when I wanted to look back at the reports to see my progress. Using Focus was a lot better because I can visually see how my productivity varies each week/month and how much time I put into each task. One time the Focus iOS app wasn't syncing correctly with the Mac app but I was able to receive help after emailing the support team. I am very satisfied that I still have my session progress saved. This app informed me about my productivity in my fall semester of college and I am looking forward to continue using it to finish my senior year (especially with Student Teaching tasks!). I also really love the menu bar item because it reminds me to get work on the present task. The dark mode and accent colors are a nice and necessary additions, as someone who works on my computer at night. Overall I would recommend this app to anyone who wants to keep track of their productivity with the Pomodoro method or set up their own work and break session length. Keep up the good work!

Quality is worth paying for

As a friend of an app developer, I know how hard it is to be profitable and maintain quality standards. I love this app. I use it all the time. This app is the main app I use to get things done. Although, I love free things, I am willing to pay for quality. This app has an incredible sync function that I use heavily. I would love it if the phone version were able to disincentivise me from touching my phone while the app is open? <-- this is the one feature I miss about a competitor app Flora

Also, it would be amazing if Flora were to be able to sync to the Things app and Fantastical 2

Overall, this is my preffered app and I look forward to future updates
