Not helpful

The app seems to be very limited to mostly foods you can't eat, but very few foods you can. The search function seems very limited also, nothing I searched for returned any results.

Helpful, but can be inconsistent

I like that this app just has food ratings and no extras, like a food diary. I wanted something I could quickly reference while eating out or grocery shopping. However, there are some foods listed as "approved" that I don't think are ok on the FODMAP diet- both salsa and ceaser dressing contain garlic, which isn't approved. I also wish the app had a middle ground for certain foods- my doctor told me that 1/4 of an avocado is ok, for example. I think there are some foods that should be listed "in moderation". There's a listing for "all soy products" as not approved, but then says tofu is ok (which it is)- confusing. This app is a good starting off point, but needs to be updated to reflect certain foods accurately.

Contradicts itself

The same item is good and bad depending upon which group you search. Really bad app- unreliable.
