The app provides a detailed list of low-fodmap items patients can include in their low fodmap diet. Shoppers can add these items and the quantity needed to a shopping list so that they can make their low fodmap shopping easier. Items can also be checked off on their phones as they are purchased in the store.

FODMAP grocery list
Helpful when trying to navigate what foods to buy for the FODMAP diet, but it is limiting in that you cannot add anything to the list that isn’t already in there, even if it is FODMAP friendly. Also, you are unable to edit the foods already in there—for example if you are going to buy chicken, you can’t modify it to say how many pounds you intend to buy, and if you are going to buy soy sauce you can’t modify the item on your list to say it should be gluten free.
Great idea but….
How do you add food? There is the pencil icon for prepare, which nothing happens when I press that and the shopping cart icon that says that I haven’t added anything. Also, I’ve tried the search icon and nothing happens when I try to search. Please help.

Disappointing. Very limited list of suggested items. Difficult to change an item from zero to one on the shopping list. Save your money.
