تجربة سيئة
امس طلبت عن طريق التطبيق على اساس انه من المطعم نفسه، طلبت لكن انتظرت ساعة فأتواصلت مع خدمة العملاء المرة الأولى في التطبيق و يبلغني خلاص ان المندوب استلم الطلب و حطوا ساعة الاستلام ٢:١٥ ص و عدة ساعة ثانية و أنا انتظر سحوري ابغا اعرف فين الطلب فاتصلت على رقم الجوال اللي في التطبيق مشغول … فاضطررت للمرة الثانية أتواصل مع خدمة العملاء عن طريق الشات التطبيق و يقولوا لا يوجد عندنا مناديب ؟! ساعتين انتظر و لا احد يبلغني ؟!! إلا لمن أنا العميلة أتواصل معاهم … صراحة تجربة سيئة.
