FollowApp is a comprehensive virtual healthcare platform used by healthcare providers to remotely manage, monitor, and triage patients in their homes. FollowApp enables doctors to deliver better quality care to more patients while improving safety and convenience at a lower cost.
FollowApp enables patients to remotely transmit readings from their connected medical devices – blood pressure monitors, weight scales, glucometers, mobile electrocardiograms, and more - following a schedule prescribed by their physician. When abnormal readings are observed by the physician’s team, a virtual video appointment will be scheduled to follow-up with the patient. With FollowApp, you’re always connected to care!
