My daughter is using iFont Maker to create her own fonts. She sent me a ttf file via email. I installed Font Manager, then selected the ttf file attachment in the email, chose Font Manager from the menu choices and was able to install the font easily. I restarted the iPhone on general principles , then I went to the Pages app and was able to choose the new font and type with it. Very cool.
Excellent! I can now use the same fonts that I do on my mac. Installing a font is a bit clunky but that appears to be an iOS thing. It'd be better if multiple fonts could be selected for installing.
Does just what it should
I’m a huge font weenie and having “just the right typeface” is very important to me. This tool allows me to add all the typefaces I need.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
