Description
Food-e is a bilingual gourmet food delivery service for residents of central Tokyo.
A selection of Tokyo’s best restaurants, some of them never available for delivery before, are ready for you exclusively on Food-e.
Set your delivery address, browse the restaurant menus and order easily for immediate delivery or place an order for up to a week in advance.
Every order is confirmed in real time by the restaurant’s chef and is cooked fresh from scratch as if you were dining in the restaurant.
Once ready, your meal is immediately picked up by one of our professional full-time uniformed drivers dispatched in advance who will go straight to your address without doing any other pick-up or drop-off.
Experienced, they navigate the streets of Tokyo on their bikes and cars, confident that the food will remain at the right temperature and that the plating thought of by the chef will not be disturbed.
Our bilingual customer support team is available on the phone to answer any of your questions before, during and after you order.
