Great app; issue with IOS location services

I love this app, the idea to waste less food + cheaper purchase + some profit as what would’ve been trash for the restaurant is a win-win-win for all!!

Only issue is even with location services on, the app gets buggish sometimes and tells me I need to enable location services; I switch from off, to always, to ask, to only while using the app and it sometimes works. Both my girlfriend and I have had this issue in a few days of having the app.

At the moment it works in Boston and New York, which is great, I hope more cities and restaurants get onboarded

Needs More Locations

I was excited to try this app but was disappointed to find that it’s only available in New York and Boston. I am in Texas, and my daughter and I could really benefit from this. Taking our personal needs aside, I know that this app’s concept has potential to truly change people’s lives for the better around the world.

To the app developers: Is there any way you could make it easier for restaurants to sign up to be a part of your app’s program? So, for example, if a restaurant in Florida wants to offer their food at reduced prices, they can sign their restaurant up on your app (potentially similarly to how a restaurant chooses to be listed on a food delivery app)? I think that could help make this more accessible to people outside of New York and Boston.

Awesome idea, but buggy

The “create account” page isn’t designed well for colorblind and other visually impaired people; it was difficult to see the screen well enough to input my information. Secondly the Map feature on the app doesn’t show any options at all once you tap the “refresh” button at the top of the screen; I tried refreshing while it looked at Boston’s North End and nothing came up (despite it showing several options two minutes before). Thirdly the app requests you rate it before you even have enough time to place an order on it! While I applaud the app developers for a unique way on tackling food waste, there’s still a lot of functionality and UX that needs fixing with this app.
