FoodFuels Weight Loss 9+

Many of the glitches others mentioned are part of the reason I won’t continue FF. 1) The grocery list is for the entire week. You can’t choose days. This is horrible for city people who have to carry their groceries. I have to click on each meal and write my own list. Very time consuming. 2) When I’m planning meals, it repeatedly takes me back to the current day. So if today is Sunday and I’m planning to replace a Tuesday meal, once chosen, I’m taken back to Sunday instead of staying on Tuesday. 3) Meals 3 and 5 sometimes are defaulted as “Meal prep leftovers” and there are no options to replace even with cleared filters. Some of us don’t have leftovers because we are cooking for more than one person! 3) When replacing meals and wanting to see more options, they’re added at the top of the page, but the button to load more is at the bottom so once you’ve seen them, you have to scroll all the way back down again and then back up to see the additions. There should be more meals visible with smaller pictures on a page and a list of options so that it doesn’t take forever to load.

Overall, the concept of FF is great but the app and site design are in need of some desperate help.

Food fuels has helped me develop a new mind set. In my mid 50s I was ready to learn something new and to get my body (and mind) back to a healthier place. Along with the weight loss comes more determination motivation and confidence, obviously. I feel amazing! On the last day of my membership I am below goal and feeling so great. This app is like no other weight loss plan I’ve done before and I’ve done a few!! It was so easy to navigate. Meal plans, reminders and shopping list are a HUGE game changer.

I finally found a diet I can stay on without feeling deprived or hungry. It’s life changing, to be able to walk into my closet and not have to worry is this going to fit? The plan is easy to follow, I’m never tired of making the recipes, they are constantly adding new meals that quickly become favorites! My coach helps me navigate the app, motivates me to stay on track, gives me tips and support. I have tried every diet in the past, this is by far the best!
