Bad experience
Once I ordered something and even paid for it but after 10 minutes maybe they said the order was cancelled by vendor…first time it was maybe because I ordered I think 3 mins before the closing but still I think there should be another way for that. And the second time this happened, the reason for that was it was available but I just placed the order and paid. Anyways I got refund for that after a couple of days…I didn’t want to complain. And also the app refreshes all the time
Great UI but slow service
One of the best user interfaces on a food delivery app in maldives, better than avas food, although ive had bad experiences with the time for the food delivery to get here! It took 5hrs to deliver my food and i met the driver and he told me that he was the only one that was working that day. Hope this improves, if this improves foodies would be the best places to order food online!
Almost the perfect food ordering app
The app, design ease of use and navigation is perfect. 100% deserving of 5 stars. Best food ordering app in Maldives so far.
One small problem with the app. The app uses a lot of wifi/data, and reloads everything every time i open the app.
Would be great if better caching can be implemented within the app so that all content don't have to load every single time i open the app.
(I haven't yet made an order due it it being ramadan, opinion is purely based on the app and not the service)
