Decent, but needs some updates

My first thing is that the app is not designed to fill the screen of my XS Max which is annoying because customers grab the black edges and then try to sign but then have issues with the screen registering their finger strokes wrong because there's multiple fingers on the screen. Also some people want more space to sign their name and I have the extra space but the app isn't using it.

The app also needs to implement swiping between screens to go back. My phone's huge. I hate reaching up. It's the ONLY app that doesn't let me swipe to go back.

Lastly, if the app is using Apple Maps within itself then why are the pins always dropped in the wrong location, but when I actually map the location in the Apple Maps app the pin drops in the perfectly correct spot? Clearly that's an issue with the app and not with Apple Maps. This needs to be fixed. It's constantly making it hard to find addresses!

Please help with navigation

The last two shifts I’ve worked my navigation on the app does not work. I tap the little symbol for navigation and I get it to come up and try to press “go” and nothing. My google maps app works too as does Waze.

I’ve tried restarting my phone, uninstalling the app and changing some of the network settings. I did the new IOS update the day before it started not working for me. Not sure if that is the reason. Other than this problem I’m having I like it. I agree with the other review that said put a no tip option that’s about the only thing I can think of that should be changed. Main thing I am personally concerned about is navigation.

Just needs a few adjustments

I think it’s a good app & is heading in the right direction, just needs alittle more work in my opinion that would help me out, like when the order is delivered and heading back to shop, it could still give me directions back as an option & if I could get notifications with a loud notification saying that an order has come threw for me & one other thing of the top of my head is if when checking out, the total was still visible & not only when I hit order to see it!!, but I really do like the app & when tweeks are done with it, it will be that much better!! AGAIN THANK YOU, really appreciate it

Concerning your first suggestion, you can get directions back to the store right after delivering all your orders by tapping the 'Store' button on the bottom left part of you 'Shift Stats' page. We'll definitely consider your feedback regarding more prominent order assignment notifications.
