In order to transfer money, you will need to register your account and agree to our Customer Agreement.
Checking rates in the app is now easier! Simply turn on a setting and view the rates list first on opening the app. All the icons in the app now have a fresh new look! We have also made the following improvements:
- 'Transfers without a rate' are now visible in your transfers list
- You can now call us from the Settings screen in the app
- When copying bank account details to the clipboard, we now ignore the annoying dashes
- Rate charts are no longer cut-off on smaller devices

Ratings and Reviews
Update: There is currently a problem where passwords with certain special characters won’t be recognized, that’s why I was not able to login. After changing it I’m now able to access my account.
The old layout was much better, there is no option to add or edit recipient details anymore.
It was great to be able to send money on the fly, but since the new update the app is useless because I cannot sign into my account. Only desktop and mobile browsers work now. I changed login information and the app is still the only place I cannot login.
If this gets resolved it would be 5 stars.

Crashes upon login attempt
I have used OFX for a few years and am happy with their spot deals on international currency conversion, but I'm disappointed in the lacklustre tech support. It's really a shame because I always end up having to make deals over the phone. The phone trading agents are very nice and professional, but I'd much rather use the app or website, if only they actually worked...

After hit send funds keeps spinning
Been using OFX app for 3 years and last update intermittently logins, but when hit transfer funds I just see spinning wheel and tried many times same thing , also reinstalled app and same issue just left with spinning wheel to transfer funds and doesn’t so have to always call to do transfer or login on web, please fix it
