Create new forms:
• Create new forms on your Mac.
• Tons of beautiful templates to choose from.
• Import questions from existing forms.

Edit existing forms:
• Open any form from your Google Drive on your Mac.
• Create or edit any question.
• Undo / redo support.
• Re-order questions.
• Preview forms.
• Add and remove sections.
• Add response validation.
• Add images and videos.
• Ability to set points.
• Ability to set correct answers.
• Ability to add feedback with url links.

Response notifications:
• Get notified via notifications whenever some submits a new response.

Scan questions:
• Scan questions using camera.
• Scan questions using images from photos library.
• Scan questions using doc, pdf, ppt etc files from the Files app.
• Scan questions using clipboard.

View form responses:
• View forms in three modes i.e. Summary, Questions and Individual responses mode on your Mac.
• Export responses in CSV or Excel file format.
• Record responses in mp4 file format and share them in apps like Tiktok, Snapchat or Instagram etc.
• Responses are shown in beautiful graphs in summary mode.
• Ability to copy response charts to clipboard or save them to photos library.
• View responses based on questions in Questions mode.
• View responses from individual users in Individual mode.
• Ability to delete a single response or all responses.
• Ability to set individual feedback for responses to questions in quizzes.
• View and set score for quiz responses.
• Ability to ability to filter form responses based on date, email, questions and score.

My orgazmic experience just now⚠️VERY HELPFUL PLEASE READ⚠️

I checked group me and I saw a link not knowing what I was about to experience. When I clicked on it my eyes where blessed while simultaneously being blinded by sheer and intense gorgeousness. It was Beautiful, tasteful, And a wondrous form and no mortal should be able to see this amount of raw talent without evaporating. While I was filling it out my fingers where trembling with pure bliss. Google forms has truly made typing my name so euphoric I could feel the energy pulsing as it was passing through me. As I was typing my name I felt a wave of happiness come over me and it only intensified as I kept filling out the form. The questions on the form where so Beautifully hand picked out. The form was asking for my emergency contact and I couldn’t control myself. I started singing and dancing and I put on quite the show. By the end I wanted to fill it out again and feel the rush once more. After a few days the feeling still lingered. I wanted to be in that moment once more. I couldn’t control myself I filled out every form or quiz that had ever been sent in the group me. There’s no stopping me. I love you Google forms. 🩷

Needs Fixes

Alot of my survey keep having to get redownloaded or just dissapear daily. never had this issue in the past. Its made a pretty big inconvience with the ability to work. Definitly wont be paying for this again probably going to look for another survey software sadly. but again no issues in the past just recently.

Offensive forms

Recieved offensive forms with some vugarities on them. I don't know where they came from. They showed up as some imported forms and they won't allow me to delete them.
