I get nothing but great feedback from my employees who are using this. Our change management strategy was how easy a mobile app is. When we tested this in our initial exploring around ease of use, communication etc we found this to be the best experience for our entire organization. Our company today has 18,000 employees about 6,000 are US employees! This is a wonderful expereince and when I sat down with our Forma team we uncovered that 75% of our population was using the mobile vs web to access forma. Keep up the great work team! We rolled out Forma last year 2022. Part of our due diligence was looking for a digital experience for our employees. Forma’s mobile app was far superior from any other one we looked at. So user friendly, great UI, and easy to use. We can not say enough great things. I look for utilization as a metric and right now we have 92% of our workforce using their app and we have 15,500 employees.
Loving this new look!
Love the new look of Forma’s app. It’s also very convenient to file claims for reimbursement too. The app would automatically suggest you the most suitable category for the claim to be filed under by the keywords you’ve entered in the description (so smart!). Also, the new changes to the Forma Store is awesome. Great variety of product selection too! All in all, 10/10. 🙌🏻
