Excellent Educational Tool!
I use this app to teach my kids about fossils, and it’s been a great educational tool. The app’s easy-to-understand interface and clear information make it perfect for students and anyone looking to expand their knowledge about prehistoric life.

I’m sorry I can’t be more supportive of this app, but I appreciate the effort.
I purchased a week’s worth of premium for $3.99 to try it out, and the best match it gave me for a shark tooth was “trilobite.” The other matches were shark teeth, but included incorrect species. Other identifications also lacked accuracy.
I was hoping to use the app to catalog my finds more quickly for a permit renewal, but the results are just too inaccurate and limited. It is fun, and I hope the database improves through member contribution, but it won’t help serious amateurs at this time, July 2025.
Stole my credit card info.
The information this app provides is useful but the answer it gives you changes each time you upload the same picture. Also, because it makes you buy a subscription after two searches, I decided to purchase the 3.99/week subscription. Tell me why I get a notification that my card was charged $83? The address linked to my previous $3.99 (+tax) purchase was the same as the mysterious $83 charge. I had to cancel the card. Thanks, frauds! Don't get this app unless you want your information stolen!
