With the new mobile app from Foundation Medicine, you can track or search for your patient orders, resolve issues with on-hold orders, receive updates with push notifications, and view your patient reports.
TRACKING ORDERS
• Track your Foundation Medicine tests at four key steps in the process, with status updates in real time and estimated dates for when results will be available.
IMMEDIATELY RESOLVE ANY ORDERS ON HOLD
• Receive push notifications when an order is placed on hold, and swipe right to resolve by contacting our Client Services team.
IN-APP “CONCIERGE” SERVICE
• Contact our Client Services team to address on-hold orders without leaving the app.
VIEWING REPORTS
