We're making a small but important update to our mobile app's software platform. We've upgraded to .NET 8, Microsoft's latest framework, which brings improved performance, enhanced security, and a more stable experience. This update does not change any visible features or functionality—it’s all under the hood!

-If you tried to add an existing image from your photo library to a dispatch, the app sometimes crashed. This has been corrected.

iOS v1.13.0 release notes: - Labor and Material Records were not always consistently syncing with the FOUNDATION desktop database. This has been corrected. This version functions with our current production environment so the instructions we supplied last time should work. They are also attached here.

•Addressed an issue which would cause dispatches to incorrectly be marked as ‘Billable.’ •Addressed an issue which was caused some dispatches to incorrectly be locked. •The stability and efficiency of the app have been improved.

• The overall performance of the iOS app has been improved • On the Create Dispatch – Dispatch Details screen, the customer selected on the Site Record will now display below the site name in the Site dropdown menu. The customer will also display if you are using the search feature in the field. • On the iOS app, if using the MST function, you received error messages on the Dispatch List map. This has been corrected.

• A new Create Dispatch feature has been added providing users the ability to create a dispatch and assign to the board.

• A new Billings feature has been added which provides users the ability to create and send billings to customers. • The Dispatch List did not always show the correct assigned dispatches for the selected date. This has been corrected.

• The technician’s Hourly Cost amount will now write to Foundation Dispatch Labor if that field is hidden in the SD Mobile Dispatch Labor view. • The Description of Repair, Status Code, and Dispatch Complete field values on the Dispatch Record were sometimes overwritten. This has been corrected.

• Maintenance for iOS version update.

•A new Quote feature has been added which provides users the ability to create and send quotes to customers.

This has been corrected.

• Address known defects for duplicate Labor and Material records being written to the Foundation database.

• The Customer Order Number field on the Foundation Dispatch was occasionally cleared by SD Mobile events. This has been corrected.

• A new feature has been implemented allowing Payroll Hours to be submitted for Miscellaneous Scheduling Types (MST). • Service Review PDF files will now automatically upload to the Dispatch in Foundation. (Document Imaging required) • The Name and Email Address on the Service Review Signature page will default from Foundation. • Multiple email addresses can be defined in the Email Address field of the Service Review Signature page.

• Status Code changes made to dispatches in SD mobile will now follow the Scheduling Rules defined in Foundation. (v19.1.0)

• Updates have been made to improve overall functionality of the application.

The SD mobile app has been updated to accommodate enhancements to the Service Dispatch Module in the Foundation application.

Site, Equipment, and User Defined Field Records will now filter more efficiently.

The speed with which you can navigate to and from the Dispatch screen has been improved.

The process of sending data from mobile devices to the Foundation database has been improved.

The columns available for filtering on the Review Labor and Review Materials screens will now be the same as the fields with the Show checkbox enabled in the Administrative Dashboard.

Various read-only text fields have been expanded to display all text.

•The format of the payroll date has been updated to prevent certain Payroll Module Reports from not showing payroll records. •On the Add Materials screen, when entering data into the Unit Cost fields the application sometimes closed. This has been corrected. •If a technician is clocked into a dispatch, that dispatch number will be included on the message that is received if the technician attempts to clock into another dispatch. •The number of characters that display in the Notes/Directions field in the Dispatch Details section of the Dispatch Record has been increased. •When using the Imaging feature, images with certain file types did not attach successfully and were not available in the FOUNDATION application. This has been corrected.
